I specialise in small business tax affairs and can offer a full range of services from simple tax return compliance and book-keeping to completing full sets of accounts.  To achieve this I use both manual and computerised book-keeping and payroll systems.

I am able to deal with the registration of new businesses either as sole traders or limited companies, and give the appropriate tax advice when required. I can then complete your Returns for Corporation Tax, Income Tax and VAT. I also offer a full PAYE payroll service including the keeping of sickness and holiday records.

The UK operates a self-assessment taxation system, which means that the Inspector of Taxes can make an enquiry into any part of the information supplied by you.  Such an enquiry into your accounts and/or Tax Returns can often be difficult and time consuming for you as a taxpayer. 

I can provide a comprehensive service in these circumstances to include advice on procedure, attending meetings with HM Revenue & Customs officials and dealing with the negotiation and finalisation of the enquiries.

Good taxation advice and planning must be practical and to achieve this I will work with you to try and meet with your needs and wishes as a taxpayer.
